Looking for another excuse to get the kids into their Halloween costumes? Spring Hill has a free community event coming up that looks like it belongs on your family's October calendar!
Spring Hill Recreation's Spooktacular 2026 is happening Friday, October 30, at the Spring Hill Sports Complex. Families can enjoy safe, free trick-or-treating, games, activities, a pumpkin graveyard, a photo booth and more.
As a mom of three little kids, I love finding community events that give families a chance to get out, have fun and make some seasonal memories without adding another ticket expense to the budget. We haven't been to Spooktacular before, but a free Halloween event with trick-or-treating and activities sounds like a pretty great way to kick off Halloween weekend!
A Spooky Good Time for Families
Whether your little ones are already counting down the days until Halloween or you're just looking for something fun to do together, Spooktacular offers several ways to get into the holiday spirit.
Kids can enjoy trick-or-treating, play games, participate in activities, explore the pumpkin graveyard and stop by the photo booth to capture a Halloween memory.
And because the event is free, it's an easy option to consider if you're looking for family fun that doesn't require purchasing tickets for everyone. Just bring your costumes, your camera and your Halloween spirit!
